1. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Sales)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you bought at a distance (e.g. online or by phone), you have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods to cancel and return them. The goods must be unused, in original condition and packaging. To cancel, contact us within the 14-day period using the contact details on this website. We will confirm your cancellation and tell you how to return the item.

2. Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back, using the same payment method you used to pay. We may deduct the direct cost of return delivery if you chose a method more expensive than our standard offer. If the goods are damaged or faulty, we will refund the cost of return delivery.

3. Custom-Made or Bespoke Panels

If you ordered a panel made to your specific dimensions (bespoke), your right to cancel may not apply once we have started production, in line with the Regulations. If the bespoke item is faulty or not as described, you still have your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (repair, replacement or refund).

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with details and, if possible, photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.

5. Return Delivery

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for returning the goods to us at your cost. We recommend a tracked, insured service. Send to the address we give you when you notify us of the return. We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit until we receive the item.
