1. Agreement to Terms
By using this website and placing orders with Shryxellez you agree to these Terms of Use. We sell decorative, non-heating fireplace insert panels for aesthetic use only. They are not designed for use with live fires or as heating appliances.
2. Contract Formation and Consumer Rights
When you order from us at a distance (online, by phone or by post), the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the conditions set out in our Return Policy. Your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, design and product motifs) is owned by Shryxellez and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws of the United Kingdom. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
4. Product Description and Variations
We describe our panels and finishes as accurately as possible. Because our products are hand-finished, slight variations in colour or texture may occur. Images on the site are representative; the actual item may differ slightly. If you receive goods that are faulty or not as described, please see our Return Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for loss arising from incorrect dimensions supplied by you, or from installation carried out by you or a third party. You are responsible for measuring your fireplace opening before ordering. Our liability to you is limited to the purchase price of the goods and we do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
